At Palo Alto Fit, my month-long experience with personal trainers Trevor, Alexandra, and Zade has been fantastic. Their professionalism and expertise have pushed me to new levels, especially in improving my golf game. The spacious gym feels like an outdoor environment, and Nina, the manager, ensures a VIP experience with her exceptional hospitality.

The diverse equipment and tailored workouts keep each session fresh and challenging, focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance. The supportive community fosters camaraderie, making workouts enjoyable. In fact, last week I almost got my second Hole In One at Boulder Ridge Golf Club at hole #4 par 3. 145 yards away and my ball rolling within 6 inches from the hole. Palo Alto Fit is an amazing place to train, the facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes working out enjoyable.

I work mostly with coach Kirby and coach Jacob, both of them are exceptional trainers—motivating, knowledgeable, and always tailoring workouts to help me reach my goals. They strike the perfect balance between pushing me and keeping workouts fun.

A special shoutout to Nina, the manager, who makes scheduling seamless and stress-free. She’s always organized, responsive, and incredibly friendly.

Alex is an amazing coach/trainer!! I can't emphasize how AMAZING!! He will listen to your goals and help you achieve them by crafting workouts and diet tips. He is very patient with you (no matter what fitness level you're at) and he's such a nice guy over all. He really knows so much about fitness and how the body works. Over the 4-5 months training with Alex, my strength and fitness has greatly improved. What I love the most is that Alex really focuses on form. You will not be disappointed with Alex as your trainer!! Thank you again, Alex, for all your patience and work with me!!!

I worked with Zade, Aulani, and Ale for about 12 weeks to finish the recovery process for ACL surgery, and they were fantastic trainers! With them, I was able to build strength, agility, and confidence after a tough injury and surgery. They provided tailored workouts that were challenging but great. Could not recommend more!

I have been working out at Palo Alto Fit (open gym) for a little over a month and it is one of the most professionally run fitness facilities I have ever visited. The gym is primarily used for personal training, but I use open gym to do functional fitness on my own. When I first joined, I was worried about standing out too much with my (sometimes intense) programming that often takes hours for me to complete. However, Nina assured me that I could comfortably work out alongside the personal training that takes place and she was right. The personal trainers and their clients have been welcoming and respectful, and I have had a great experience working out alongside them.

I can also tell that all of the trainers sincerely care about their clients and give 100% to their training. I have been very impressed by how the gym runs. I would strongly recommend the facility to anyone looking for personalized help in their fitness journey or to anyone looking for a functional fitness space to work out in on their own. There is a wide variety of equipment to use and all of it is in fantastic condition. I am super grateful for Nina and the Palo Alto Fit team for welcoming me into their space.

I signed up in July as a graduation gift for myself and have been visiting the place almost everyday! Nina is an amazing nutritionist, she designed a good diet catering my Asian appetite. I have three coaches (Corey, Joe and Clyndel) and I love all of them! They pay a lot of attention to details, and keep pushing me throughout the session at a good pace. The session schedule is pretty flexible and I rotate my sessions among my coaches pretty evenly. The body percentage scan also keeps good track of my progress. Highly recommend you to give it a try!

I simply cannot say enough about my experience at Palo Alto Fit. From the moment I met with Nina Nguyen at my initial consultation, I knew that I was in good hands. My trainers were extremely caring, knowledgable, and were clearly excited about their craft. The gym was kept in pristine condition, and I always felt very encouraged by the environment. I'd like to give a special shout-out to all of the trainers who worked with me--Ale, Makayla, Isaac, Jacob, Clyndel, and Tyler. I now feel that I am equipped with the skills to make my own workout routine and use the various machines one typically sees at a gym. After just two months of working with Palo Alto Fit and improving my eating habits, I'm a far cry from the man I once was who was frequently ordering Papa John's Pizza late at night and having ice cream from the dining halls at Stanford!
