I started working with Chuck about 5 months ago after my husband started seeing great personal results. I wanted to get stronger but I was concerned about intermittent back pain that I've had for years. Chuck listened to my concerns and tailored my program with this in mind. I have a long way to go but 5 months later I definitely feel stronger and I have more muscle tone. Best of all my back has been pain free and feels healthier than it has for a long time. Strength training is giving me confidence to push my body to do more. Also, Chuck has the best disposition, he knows what he's doing so he pushes me every session but he's also kind and a pleasure to work with.

I have been working with Amit for about 4 months. I really appreciate the attention to detail and experience he brings to my work outs. I have a membership to a large gym but disliked the crowds and waiting so this is a perfect fit. Having that personal attention gives me a more efficient and safe work out. There is a great small town feel to the studio. The other trainers have been very welcoming as well. I look forward to the sessions which is not how I felt at a much larger gym.

David McKeag has been an excellent Personal Trainer for me! We moved to Long Beach a few months ago and I wanted to find an expert Trainer with deep experience working with folks over 40 years old. David is perfect! I also really like Trey, who owns the facility.
Our workouts are fun, have the right amount of challenge, and are different every time. The studio is just the right size and they have all the equipment you'll need for a good workout. And, it's always great to feel sore and sexy after a workout!

This is a nice place. The owner is great and seems to be a great trainer. However, one of the trainers Deandre does not do his business any justice. The dude constantly cancels appointments and is careless. We agreed to meet twice a week. Last month we met 2/8 times. This month we met 2/5 times that we were supposed to meet thus far. He was so unreliable to the point i made it a routine to confirm that we were meeting a few hours before our sessions. He would always cancel and he never had the decency to tell me anything first. I had to reach out to him to find out. At this point I have decided to just do my own thing because i refuse to let this careless dude waste anymore of my time. I wish I could get my money back but that is just another L i have to accept.

I recently started training with Chuck and I’m extremely happy with my training. He’s incorporated so many new moves to improve my golf game, strength, balance, and mobility. Chuck has a wealth of experience training others and does an amazing job keeping our workouts intense and interesting, while ensuring safety is top of mind. He’s also very good factoring the mental part of training which has been invaluable. We love Park East Fitness! My fiancee and I started working here 6 months ago and we have seen incredible results from working with David McKeag, our trainer. He's incredibly knowledgeable, kind but unrelenting, and always cheerful. We highly recommend working out with him.

The facilities at Park East are perfect for someone who wants a lot of flexibility in the types of exercises they want to do and a variety of weight options. Free weights go from 4 lbs up to 70 lbs and there are a variety of cable and squatting machines. The equipment is kept very tidy. During COVID, they took safety very seriously, with everyone either masking up or working outside. There's also great fans for airflow, for when you're really pushing yourself.

I've been going to Park East Fitness for the past 2 months. David McKeag is my personal trainer and I've really enjoyed the the boutique gym atmosphere. David really pushes me and understand my wants and needs. He makes sure that all the equipment is sanitized and everything is set up and ready to go when I arrive so that we can start training right away. They take your temperature for safety precautions. I would recommend anyone to come check out Park East Fitness.
