I am not a fan of the huge gyms that are packed with tons of people fighting over equipment. Peak Fitness is a very comfortable and quieter setting. I love the atmosphere and love the staff. Beth and Robin are excellent trainers and make working out fun. They are both extremely positive and uplifting. I highly recommend the gym and the personal training they offer.

I love this small, yet strong fitness center! Top of the line equipment, a variety of private and group classes offered by well trained and knowledgable instructors. Extremely flexible hours and very competitive rates. If you are looking for a great workout experience and/or atmosphere, Peak Fitness is the gym for you!! Thanks Beth and Robin!

Small gym with personal attention and a variety of great equipment to use. The owner, Beth Hanna, is an excellent and friendly personal trainer who will work with you to customize a program for your success. Even if you don't consider yourself a sports-type person, this is the place for you to feel comfortable and definitely not judged. Highly recommend!

Great place to train at. There are a variety of free weights, weight machines, stair climbers, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc. to get a full body workout.
Excellent staff for all your training needs. I've been a member since

This is a great place to workout if your serious about learning the best way/technique to do so. The staff is super friendly and engaged in teaching and promoting YOUR best fitness routine. I've worked out all my adult life and I've learned more about overall fitness here than anywhere.
I originally got involved for golf training and that helped my game a great deal... I have stayed because of the professional overall fitness and lifestyle direction.
