This is the most amazing Peloton store ever! Shane and Sharon did an amazing job celebrating my friend's birthday and 1500 ride milestone and have the enthusiasm of the instructors. They treated our group like queens! My friend said she felt even more special than when she did a studio ride in NY!

Absolutely appalling customer service has been provided to us by Peloton - I originally placed an order for the bike in early July, with a scheduled delivery date for Sept 10. They brought that date forward to Aug 24, only to receive an email from them stating that they have to cancel the delivery. The rescheduled date for Sept 4 is not convenient for us since we will be away. I called up on Wednesday stating this, and the customer services rep said the next available date is in Oct!! I requested a call back from the supervisor, which two days later I received a feeble email from Chris Garcia stating he was too busy to discuss the issue with us. I then call back to speak to Catherine, who was really helpful, to ask to speak to Chris or a supervisor and I'm still waiting for my call back from them. I call back a fourth time, to now be told I have to wait until Nov 10 for a delivery. How have the delivery dates been extended this far in the space of a few days?! The latest customer services rep told us there's nothing she can do, and put the phone down on us. We certainly do not feel like we're the best part of Peloton!

I didn't have a positive experience with the customer service at this store. Customer service needs improvement.
I did buy the tread+ and love it! The belt broke 3 months into owning it:( Peloton repaired it within days of my phone call! Very impressive prompt service! I hope if I have issues in the future they will be just as prompt.

HORRIBLE experience! Returned my bike just because of the disappointing delivery and customer service.
First bike received was a factory defect with a strong chemical smell and bumpy material . Second bike arrived in USED condition. ( Thanks for sending me someone’s return !)
Had to follow up multiple times with Peloton customer service . Does not live up to its expectations. Still waiting for my full refund to show up in my account.
