I've been going to Terry for about a month now, but it doesn't feel like it! I've never worked out a day in my life, so at 30 I decided to make the change. Coming to Perfit was perfect for me because I've never stepped foot in a gym and didn't understand how to work out.

If you're like me and want to better yourself no matter what age then you should check out Perfit Bodies! Terry is a great teacher and an experienced professional. He provides a great atmosphere of teaching and motivation. I recommend it if you want to feel better about yourself!

I am a registered nurse who worked with multiple personal trainers. Terry Bachman is a personal trainer like no other. He develops an individual plan for each client. The workouts are varied, challenging and effective. In the first 2 weeks my clothes fit better and looser. Terry continually changes the workout. As a result my stamina and endurance improved! He gives 100% of his attention to you throughout the workout. He makes slight adjustments to target specific muscle groups with great results. He also gives suggestions for exercises between his sessions. I love his book, The L.E.A.N. Factor. He has a system in place for anyone to be successful! I highly recommend him. He is worth the investment!
