Wendy is one of the best Pilates instructors I have had ! She was not only patient and friendly but so involved and always willing to make helpful modifications if she saw you having trouble with certain moves. Her instructions were clear and easy to understand. She pushed me just the right amount for me to get the most of the moves. My back and body always felt better the next day because we were always guaranteed a full core workout. There are exercises she has us do that I would never do on my own. My core is stronger, flexible and I feel better after Wendy’s sessions. The studio is clean and the reformers are excellent.
I would recommend her and Pilates for Life Studio to anyone.

Dropped a dress size in 6 months. Katrin is a wonderful instructor. Pilates has helped me to tighten and strengthen my core and midsection. Always feel great afterwards. Highly recommend.

I did Pilates for a number of years before moving to FL. Was very happy to find this studio right here In Punta Gorda. It has helped me so much over the years. I love the trainers at Pilates for Life, very patient and knowledgeable. Great studio and equipment.

I love the classes with Rhonda! She challenges me, but is so good about helping me get better - very encouraging. The studio has top of the line equipment and the classes are varied with lots of variety. I highly recommend this studio for Pilates!
