Kirk is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had and genuinely cares about each and every one of his clients. He is incredibly knowledgeable in the fitness arena and not only focuses on improving your fitness and physique, but also your mobility, flexibility, and functional joint health. Kirk is also very patient and will tailor your workout program to suit your individual needs and preferences. Kirk has done a lot for me and I’m truly grateful for his services. Kirk is an amazing trainer and is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve met in the fitness industry. I’ve worked with quite a few people over the years and he’s by far the best one. Kirkland is an incredible trainer! I told him my goals, what level of physical dedication I was able to give, my nutrition do’s and dont’s, and he tailor built a plan specific to my needs. His approach is about all around healthiness, the fitness and the nutrition, and how they must work together. Also, incredibly flexible, as I am a working single mom and he made it so easy to stay on track! A+ would recommend to anyone at any fitness level!

Kirkland is absolutely incredible! When my knee pain from a past sports injury resurfaced, it became so bad that I struggled to walk around campus for 3 months. Within 5 sessions of seeing him, I was back to playing pickleball and working out regularly (not to mention I was able to walk completely pain-free). In addition to being as knowledgable- if not more- than some of the best physical therapists that I worked with in NWA, Kirkland is super fun to work with and has a great personality. He's encouraging in a way that forces you to really push yourself and achieve your full potential. If you get the pleasure of training with him, take full advantage of it!

Our training sessions began in May 2023. I couldn't be more pleased with the positive results. Knowing the benefits of exercise and fitness, I initially started with a trainer in the late 90's, to rehab from a total hip replacement, and improve other physical and medical conditions. After 4 years of working out post-Covid, Kirk proved to be the "right fit" for me. We "clicked" almost immediately. His intuitive ability to observe, adapt, and create an exercise program tailored to a specific need is his strong point. He is client-focused and results-driven to benefit everyone from beginner to seasoned athlete. Kirk's degrees in physical therapy and personal training have been a great benefit to me.

Kirkland is fantastic! I had no clue what to do in the gym and had very bad gym anxiety when I first started training with Kirkland. By the end of our training sessions I had learned a lot not only about working out but nutrition too! I also felt comfortable working out in a gym alone!

You are not going to find many individuals who will take the time to truly work to help you achieve your fitness goals. Kirk takes his craft very seriously and has immense knowledge pertaining to general fitness, athletic performance, injury recovery, health, etc. Not only is he knowledgeable but he genuinely cares about seeing his clients achieve their fitness goals and will work hard to help you achieve those goals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Kirk won’t only become your trainer but also your friend. He takes the time to get to know you, your goals, what motivates you to achieve those goals, and a plausible strategy to achieve them unlike most who give you a cookie cutter approach. Deciding to work with Kirk is the last decision you’ll ever have to make to achieve your fitness goals.
