Great place to start if you are looking for a trainer who takes time to get to know you, understand your body more than yourself and keep you challenge everyday. I have been struggling with my work schedule and cancelling all the classes last minute because of my random work schedule. Preston is the best trainer I have ever met. He is amazing not only during the training, but whenever I need help from diet plan to my own workout schedule. He genuinely spent his time on creating my own custom workout plan, responding my thousand of questions through texts or phone calls. I was not willing to see the result on the next day, but willing to step forward each day slowly. Preston is definitely the one who knows how to help and guide me in the right direction.

Before I started with Preston I had zero experience with working out. Just thinking about exercising was very intimidating for me (gym equipment looked like medieval torture devices). After finding Preston through yelp, he was very prompt and quick to respond to all my questions. He even worked around my busy schedule!

When I began my workouts with Preston, he was super insightful and patient in giving me the proper knowledge with working out. Instead of just telling me what to do, he gave me the full context of why I was doing them.

After several sessions, I’m confident in working out on my own. Preston laid out a solid foundation for me to become a better me. Gym equipment no longer intimidate me since I see them as delightful modern furniture. I definitely plan to come back to him to learn new things.

I’ve been working with Preston just over a year now. He has been an immense resource for me. Prior to meeting Preston, I was dealing with some aches and pains I associated with being in my 30s and my demanding job. That has changed. I no longer have those aches and pains that used to affect me daily. He has helped me work on functional exercise regimens which have strengthened my core, back, and legs. I feel more in shape than I have in the last 10 years. He has helped me stay active with two kids and a grueling work schedule.

Preston is not only a great guy but also a professional. He makes sure his clients are well taken care of. I always feel he gives me 100% of his attention during our sessions. He is always focused on me and is never on his phone or chatting with other people in the gym. He also reaches out to me on the days we are not working out to check in with me. I have always found him to be especially reasonable and accommodating. Preston is one of those people who truly loves their job and it shows each time I meet with him.

I highly recommend Preston to anyone who is looking for someone to help them meet their exercise goals. You will not be disappointed!

As a health care provider I have a good understanding of the human body and I truly appreciate Preston's knowledge that extends to a cellular level. I believe his knowledge helps facilitate better outcomes. He is more than just a trainer. He has helped me organize a diet plan as well. In the time I've been following his workout and diet plan, I have quickly become stronger, leaner and overall feel much better. He is always there when you have questions and never fails to let you down.  I highly recommend Preston as your trainer. You wont be disappointed.

Preston was able to customize a nutritional and work out plan for me that has really transformed my body! Being plant based and working night shifts are usually a difficulty when it comes to keeping a healthy lifestyle and staying consistent but Preston has always been there happy to answer any question I have, and he knows exactly what to do to customize the plan to make sure it is accessable and fitting for your lifestyle while still making sure you are hitting the results you love!

I've been working out with Preston for almost 1 year now. His positive attitude is contagious and makes the sessions fly by.

Since last April I’ve lost about 30lbs and have seen major changes in my body composition.
When I first started I barely had the mobility to lift the trap bar - now I am able to deadlift 155lbs +

Preston is attentive, knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about his clients.
I never feel judged when I get off track with eating — he encourages me not to beat myself up, but get back to eating right.

Preston changed my life with his coaching and training. Under his guidance my body transformed and continues to change for the better. I feel a thousand times healthier both physically and mentally and couldn't reccomend him enough. A tailored fitness and diet regimen listening to both my needs and wishes, changing it in whichever way works for me. Family and friends ask me constantly what I'm doing to look so good and to have changed so much, for fitness tips and meal tips, and all I can see is it's nothing to do with me, I just follow whatever my trainer Preston tells me to do. Incredible guy. Professional, friendly, quick to respond and a total game changer.

I met Preston 3 months ago with a goal to gain weight and muscles and be able to sustain them. I consider myself a hardgainer; I can lose weight easily. To me, this was frustrating.

Preston is extremely knowledgeable and talented at what he does. He is a walking encyclopedia. He answers my questions about fitness, excercises and nutrition thoroughly. He’s able to accomodate my dietary needs from pescatarian to vegan/plant-based diet. He’s also available via text/email, whichever your preffered method of communication. He’s responsive and easy to work with. He sends me detailed, effective and easy-to-follow workout routine which is tailored based upon your fitness goals. He’s reliable and has a great personality. I can’t really ask for much more.

As much as he can help you, its up to you to yield these results. You have to be consistent and put in the work. That’s where Preston can be a tremendous support. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals and learn from this experience simultaneously. As I said before, he knows alot and when you decide to meet him. You’ll understand what I am talking about.
