I’ve been a patient of Dr Poland for over a year now. He is an excellent Chiropractor! He listens to me and addresses the areas I’m having pain first by loosening the muscles before making the adjustment. He takes the time needed to make sure my back feels better when he’s done. Also he makes recommendations about how to help myself by using specific stretches, etc. I also appreciate that he’s personable and kind which makes the process a pleasant experience. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Poland is truly the best! My husband and I have been to many chiropractors and were never satisfied with their services. After going through so many chiropractors, we decided to look outside of Sacramento and are so happy we found Dr. Poland in Davis. Before your adjustment, he does some great soft tissue work to help your body be less tight and more relaxed overall. This is incredibly effective! Tyler Poland is highly professional, extremely thorough, and most importantly, he listens and asks the right questions. I’ve been to so many different Chiropractors - I have lost count. But, I finally found the right Chiropractor.

Tyler's adjustments between sessions are constantly evolving depending on what he can tell my body needs. Also, the equipment is top notch. He has ultrasound with electro-stimulation that has helped my neck and shoulder muscles in incredible ways. He has motorized/motion tables that help loosen up my lower back for fantastic adjustments. I have gotten great advice on practical stretches and things I can do at home to help with my back and neck pain. I could honestly go on and on about all the reasons why Tyler is such a great Chiropractor.

Tyler is the best chiropractor I have ever been to! He is not only extremely skilled with adjustments, he has an extensive array of bodywork that promotes blood flow and movement to sticky tissue. Since he is an athlete and power lifter, he has the strength to do deep tissue work and the intuition to be gentle when necessary. Tyler Poland is an amazing Chiropractor. He is so much more than a back “cracker”. I’ve been to many different Chiropractors because I’ve been searching for a chiropractor that integrates muscles and spine. Tyler has many different state of the art tools to help. And the part that’s the most important to me is he spends a few minutes before each session touching base about where I feel the most uncomfortable. I've been to many different chiropractor/massage therapists over the years. Tyler Poland is in a rank of his own.
