With my experience of other military gyms, this one is a true gem. It has everything except a pool. If you want to play ping pong or basketball, this is your spot. If you want spin and yoga classes, this is your spot. Students at this garrison are truly fortunate to have this at their disposal.

There aren't many group classes anymore due to covid. Sad.

Whoever decided to put the cardio room down the stairs was a sadist. I say that with love. I found the gym to have everything I wanted, and some things I never knew I needed to add to my routine. The people are nice, both at the desk and other gym goers, and I've never felt more comfortable the first time at a new gym than I did here.

This is the best functional fitness gym on any of the local military installations. The area is spacious and has plenty of squat racks and platforms. Further more it has a separate free weight room for dumb bells and hammer machines. I usually go here at 0800 on week days and it is dead quiet at that time.

Good gym with nice equipment. However, the hours going into effect on July 1st that are restricting people who are not fully vaccinated is annoying. Also, the gym staff will not allow exercises that need or recommend a spotter.

I've been a customer for 10 years and I see how the customer service declines. The staff stopped refilling soup in women showers , the clock in women's locker room shows the wrong time. Lots' of time it's just out of batteries and no one cares. The stuff is rude and gives you an attitude instead of fixing these problems. Another issue is a sauna in women's locker room. It was closed for construction long ago and it's still there. No visible construction is going on the site, sad. PS. still no soap in women's showers, but they fixed the clock.

This post is regarding the intermural sports and not the actual facility that are ran here. The officiating crews that are in charge don't care about player safety. They pick and choose what penalties they want to enforce. They hate when their judgment is put into question but won't ever admit to being wrong even when they don't know the rules they are enforcing. It is just a shame that they are supposed to be letting people have fun playing team sports while following structured rules in a safe way but they fail to run the game properly.

Love this gym. As a veteran, it’s so nice to be able to come here and work out with great equipment. The early hours are great, and crowds are always low.
