This is an amazing place to get your therapy. Heather Lenard and Taylor are very hard working therapists that only want to get you to your goal. They’re both very caring and friendly individuals.
The facility at Florala, Ala is very equipped and clean. They make your experience very fun while they get you to your goal. I’m so glad I chose that facility. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a physical therapists. If I had to choose again it would be there even if I had to drive a distance to get there. Thank you both Heather and Taylor for making my therapy so nice and fun. I recommend Florala Pro- Provita facility.

My husband and I have both been the recipients of excellent care with Heather Leonard and Taylor Wright as our therapists. My husband is a totally recovered patient. After having a total shoulder replacement, Heather & Taylor worked with him so he now has perfect use of his shoulder. I am currently a patient at Pro Vita (with Heather & Taylor) and they are helping me to regain strength in my leg before my future knee replacement.
