In 2017 my son who was a high school endurance runner and is now a college runner was diagnosed with very low ferritin iron levels my husband and myself took our son to see his pediatrician at that point we were told that it is very rare for boy's/men to be low on iron or iron storage well come to find out he was very low the pediatrician prescribed my son liquid iron in the hopes of elevating his iron levels quickly as I began to research low ferritin levels I found it is common in boy/ men endurance athletes and iron prescribed by western medicine cases a great deal of long term medical complications in the bowl and gut as a mother of a child that will be a runner for life that was not ok to think I could be doing more harm them good for my son's health so we took him to visit Sophia Anaya and Todd at Professional Herbal Instruction the visit was amazing with one drop of blood and no delay right at the moment we had results our son's iron levels were at 13 we let them know that our son was three weeks away from his last high school state track meet and our concern about his long term health our son started his herbal remedies immediately with no bowl complications up to date two weeks later the week before his state meet we took him back to herbal instruction rechecked his iron his levels had reached normal range at 23 which is approaching normal range for a person that is not an endurance runner our son went on to run at the 4A state meet and got 3rd place in the 2 mile with the best time he had been able to run all year our son went on to run for the University of West Alabama he will have to supplement iron for as long as he is a runner we were told by the pediatrician that is not the case now it's only mantnence and I feel extremely content knowing he is in amazing health due to the amazing family we have at Professional Herbal Instruction we thank you with all our hearts and recommend you all to every family that wants true health ❤❤❤😇😇😇😇 Sencerly The Montoya's
