Heather was calm and warm. The miniature waiting room is charming. The acupuncture room is cozy. Warm mat on the table. infrared lights above to keep warm when the needles are in. Soothing music. Low lighting. Super calming.

She has a special e-stim machine with a process for long covid folks. That was a surprise bonus.

An hour an a half appointment feels like an incredible luxury in today's day and age.

After multiple but failed attempts from my docs to treat my various ailments, I decided to give acupuncture a try.

I am grateful to have found a gifted healer like Heather, who really listens and treats the issue. Heather's attunement to her patient, expertise, availability, and kindness have made a difference in healing my body. Her acupuncture, cupping, moxa, and bodywork approaches have either significantly improved my symptoms or given me complete relief.

For instance, I have a decade-long chronic injury, and I sometimes get flare ups if I overwork that part of my body. This last bout was debilitating, and nothing my docs suggested seemed to work (one doc wanted to do a test that was only available two months later to determine if I need surgery). When Heather treated me, she listened and took her time treating me with acupuncture, cupping, and other approaches. I left feeling better, and after a few days, I got complete relief.
