Rasheed and Michelle are excellent trainers who offer top class workouts for our son. Their facility is great but above all they care about our son’s well being and their encouraging and positive influence is the icing on the cake. Our teenage son looks forward to his sessions which says a lot.

I love coming here! They are tough cookies, but you will definitely see results. They never let you slack off which is what I love and hate 😜about them. I have been coming to Rasheed and Michele on and off for about 4 years. I have been to other bootcamps and trainers and I have always found myself back to wanting to train with them. I’m super glad to be back. Not only are they great trainers, they always provide health and nutrition advice that is catered to each individual. On top of all the exercise regimens and nutrition advice, everyone is so welcoming. It’s like we are all truly a tight knit family. Keep in mind, the workouts are NOT easy...even though that’s Rasheed’s favorite word😑. You will be put to work if you come here, but that’s what you signed up for right? To see results!

Great gym, great trainers, and great workouts. I haven't been to too many gyms but here at point target it really feels like the workouts work. It also feels like the trainers are very knowledgeable and will not hesitate to answer any questions.

They did a great job helping me through pain I had from past sports related injuries and corrected my form for my current bodybuilding exercises. This has allowed for me to make improvements to my recovery and training.

Without rashid and michelle and point target fitness i wouldnt be where i am now! i see life through new eyes and its all thanks to them!!!!!!! The endless repetitions the new diet the new excercises was not easy but im here and thankful for them...
