Coach James has created an incredible gym for Muay Thai training. I first trained with him several years ago at another gym and moved over to Pure Heart soon after he opened up. His work with the younger students is truly extraordinary. He’s given these kids confidence, skills, discipline and a sense of community that they never had before. For me, I prefer my one on one private sessions. Too old to compete but perfect to keep my body and mind in shape. Nothing feels as good or as challenging as an hour of Muay Thai training. Been going to this place for about 2 months and have loved every day of it. The overall atmosphere of the gym is very positive, inspiring, but still competitive. The training is tough and you'll usually be drenched in sweat afterwards but it's very enjoyable. Coach James is a great teacher of the sport and has really helped me and others improve at muay Thai.

If you're looking for a great aerobic and cardio workout this is a great place to go. Not only do you get a great exercise , you also learn great foundational skill on the art of Muay Thai.

The trainers here do a great job at working with the members to help them learn the concepts and work with them on learning the essentials of how to properly punch , kick , clinch etc... No matter of your level. Everyone here is helpful and does a great job at helping you achiever your goals.

Great neighborhood muay thai gym. Coach James is a solid teacher and creates a positive, respectful, disciplined, and friendly environment. It's a very clean and well equipped facility. Coaches are also great with kids.

I couldn't have asked for a better gym.. coach James ( owner ) and coach Deloe are very informative and they work with you at all levels of skill. No one is left out at Pure Heart! You come with a great attitude and you leave with a great attitude! 5 stars! I highly recommend!
