Love this place! I go to FSU and love ice baths, I wish I knew about this place sooner. It’s so cute inside, this business provides so many different amenities like sauna, ice baths, massage therapy, meditation/yoga room etc. The workers are so friendly and professional and the place was very clean. Definitely worth the membership.

I’ve been here a couple of times and each was so rejuvenating! Especially after long beach volleyball tournaments, the sauna and ice bath help me feel so recovered. The staff is also very welcoming. Shoutout to Cold Plunge Community for the opportunities!

Pure Life is awesome! The owner is super helpful and gives lots of tips and tricks if you're new to sauna and cold plunge.

Pure Life Wellness and Fitness in Tallahassee is amazing! I went specifically for the ice baths, and it was such a great experience. The staff was super helpful, making sure I felt comfortable and knew what to expect. The ice bath was intense at first, but afterward, I felt totally refreshed and energized. It really helped with muscle soreness and gave me a clear mind.

The whole place has a cozy vibe and If you’re in Tallahassee and looking for a unique recovery experience, I highly recommend checking this place out!
