I have improved so that is a great thing. If things are not improving enough they will work with you to figure out what I need to do to feel better. The therapy coaches are friendly and helpful. If anything happens again I would not hesitate to go back to them. Physical therapy has really helped me a lot. If I could rate it at 5 and 1/2 I would I don't usually give the highest rating because there is always room for improvement.

Dr. Neumann and his team are very caring considerate of my needs and therapy. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of various therapies. And they make it fun too!!

I have observed the entire team works well together. My therapy is having a positive effect on my knee. I owe a big "Thank You" to Allen, Josh, Kasarah, and Dan.

Also, the front office employees are always nice and courteous to me.

I found the staff exceptional, from the front desk at check-in through the physical therapists and the exercises they had me perform. Each therapist had a variation of the exercises, which was very beneficial to my recovery as I was continuously learning ways to do the exercises at home - both during treatment and now to prevent injury in the future. I loved that the staff members explained how to do each exercise as well as telling me the purpose of each exercise so I knew what areas were being targeted.

was helped immediately when I walk through the door felt like they knew me, was brought back to the doctor's office where I felt secure, impressed with all his accolades on the wall, reassured me I was in good hands, therapy I received was dry needling, for my lower back I had over 12 needles and my back for 20 minutes, after the session I felt great!! will be back for more, water therapy will be next☺️

The staff is well-trained, friendly yet professional, and they hold me accountable for doing my exercises. The business has an excellent communication system involving email and text appointment reminders and follow-up calls with a physical therapy assistant. Best PT I've ever had.

My Physical Therapist was willing to listen to me, not just what was on the Doctors order. He has made a plan that I can live with so that my sessions help me. He asks every session how I am doing with the plan WE have made and the pain or lack of pain after each.
