Because reasons, I started looking elsewhere for a new primary care clinic and have no doubt I have found the one for me! I needed a quick response to recent health concern and figured I would have to wait longer than I preferred for an answer. After a little research online I found Melissa's office. I had a very pleasant experience on the phone with Vincent (great start) and had an appointment scheduled quickly. Next thing you know I was able to communicate with Melissa via a messaging system they have in place. I sent some information and she responded very quickly! She felt the need to talk to me sooner than our scheduled appointment to discuss my recent concern and rescheduled for a telehealth video chat a day later, on a Sunday! After our telehealth chat, I have zero doubts I am in good hands. I was heard and she responded. She immediately took charge and start moving pieces on the board to ensure I am taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend Melissa for your medical needs.
