Candice has always made me feel welcome and successful while at R6.

Her coaching and recommendations are always spot on. The way she describes the movements (like getting the swing down) helps me conceptually understand the movement and translate it to practice.

She is always encouraging and positive. A pleasure to have her as a coach.

Friendly and welcoming are so important in a gym that is so interactive. R6 coaches are amazing trainers. There is a good balance in the workouts with cardio and strength training. It's an amazing gym.

R6 CrossFit is a great gym for anyone to join! The workouts are combination of cardio and strength, using functional movements we need in everyday life. Every coach at R6 is great about breaking down the movements from beginner to advanced, and I can promise that there is a modification for everything!! You do what can and feel comfortable with at your own pace.

As a member of this gym for 4 years, I would highly recommend R6 not only because of the great staff and coaching, but also because of the class times and welcoming vibe.

My wife has joined about 3 years ago and has grown tremendously and always shared about the quality of the community and coaches. She finally convinced/forced me to go haha on a bring a friend week (which is free for the friend) and I have to say I’m very thankful.
