This is my third session with Rachel and my first using the Belief Code practice. The first two sessions she cleared two past traumatic events making my day to day life joyful again. This last session we used the Belief Code and I am thankful to have someone able to see the inner me without the emotions that cloud my own perception of who I believe myself to be and what the core of me is holding on to that does not serve my wellbeing.

Thanks to Rachel and the healing techniques she works with, I am more aware of who I am, what I am still working on and most important to me is that I trust myself, mind, heart and gut.

This was one of the most important things I did for myself this year in terms of my self healing journey. I've taken so much from our one session. I did the Inner Child Healing session a few months ago and I still look back at our recorded session as well as the abundant info that she gives you afterwards often. Rachel is amazing! My sessions with her leaving me feeling more aligned: in my body, my emotions, and my mind. Her work helps me feel energetically lighter. The things that weigh heavily on my mind and heart before each session feel much less ominous and much more manageable. This allows me to feel more hope for the future, knowing it's possible to change deep, unconscious, unhealthy patterns into healthier, life-affirming patterns.

It is always such a pleasure working with Rachel.
She is patient, kind, compassionate, and is easy to work with.

I definitely recommend the inner child healing to all my friends.

I initially started with Rachel to help assist my dog with some emotion/body issues. But, as my dog mirrors myself, I figured it was time to do some work on me as well. I use Rachel for my dogs benefit and for my own. I have successfully cleared my heart wall with Rachel and I feel like a new person. Rachel is a natural when it comes to healing. She immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable which makes it easy to be vulnerable with her. She is kind and compassionate and genuinely cares about people. Addressing traumas from our past is probably the most important thing we can do for ourselves. Finding someone you trust is critical and I can’t recommend Rachel enough!
