What a little treasure this is hidden in the market, look for the purple door! I found this place because it was listed as an authorized retailer of Charlotte's Web oil. The staff uses their products that they carry and therefore is very knowledgeable for the most part. If you are more scientific than spiritual you will need to look up the products before purchasing. They have some beautiful things in here that are definitely worth checking out. They also offer massage and reki i think. It's a very chill place with very kind staff.

Lovely place, my favorite in town. Discovered this gem on accident a few years ago and I always recommend it when I hear the right person talking about their search for these products.
Very helpful and friendly staff and beautiful items. Good energy all around and great to shop here to help support the many high quality and woman-led product they sell, as well as the store itself! The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, it attracts all the right customers (and as I can see in these reviews, sends the wrong ones running).
Their incense collection has been my go-to for years, now!

I like to leave positive feedback to support small businesses, but I was extremely disappointed. The lady was loud and rude all because I had a water in my hand when first entering. I understand concerns regarding respecting property, but maybe she struggles with communication. Anyways ended up having to put my drink on a shelf only for it to be knocked over. The lady apologized, but her attitude ruined the experience from the start. Also to mention overpriced.

Went in for the first time this morning. Bought a book and was pretty stoked on the place. The older shorter lady was really nice and super helpful.

Later that evening a bring a friend over to see this place I thought was great. The lady who had helped me made jokes with me about liking it enough to bring extra costumers in.

We were in the back area and looking by ourselves. Another worker was on the computer. Was talking quietly to my Helene when this last get up and loudly starts talking at us in the most godawful tone I’ve heard in customer service. “ This is a liiiiibrary! And people are quiet in liiibraries, so yoouuu can be quiet too! I’m trying to work over here!”

I’ve worked in a lot of places from rough tattoo studios to upscale jewelers, and I’ve never met anyone who’d talk to a customer like that who was minding their own business. Much less to one who was trying to bring them business.

Avoid at all cost.

To the lady that actually helped, you were wonderful. Please kick your coworker in the backside, because she deserves that and more.

This is the first place I ever purchased crystals from. My daughters were visiting Lancaster and brought me a crystal. From the one crystal I felt connected and have purchased several time over the the phone and large quantities and have never been disappointed. Reasonable price and the staff is always friendly and takes time to explain merchandise.

I love this store. I could spend hours here. I always manage to find something new and never leave disappointed. I first found Radiance when my mom was having an anxiety attack. We mentioned it to the cashier and they found something to help her calm down and let her sit in their reading room until she felt better. The whole store just gives off a feeling of tranquility.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff really knows their products and uses them. The Xema balm calms my skin, thank the Goddess for this ish. Also, a great selection of herbs, herbal remedies, crystals, books, and general magick supplies. And I love love love their memorial library. This spot is my small oasis in Lancaster - usually I don’t like to share my favorite place but this space just radiates goodness!
