Ishmael is an awesome trainer! He assesses what will give you the best benefits from the training and discusses it with you. He is very knowledgeable about the muscles, tendons and ligaments to strengthen but not strain. Ishmael will push you to get the best benefits but won’t over-train. You also can’t help liking him! I highly recommend him!

This facility is so nice and very well kept. I had the opportunity of working with Enrique Villalobos as my personal trainer. He is very skillful with exercises that helped my body type and goals as well as helping me with stretches that would help with mobility. He’s very patient and makes me feel that I am on the right track! Overall great experience
