Customer service is horrible. Rio is one of the representatives, and is a bad representation of the agency. She is very short, dismissive, and unprofessional. I have been receiving services from Rafiki services since last year, and I was never informed to dail a specific number. In order to access services you have to rush to call before a certain time, and if you do not call the right extension you miss out on services.

Rafiki services are rushed and unexplained. Rafiki needs to revitalized how their services are accessed.

I rate my experience at Rafiki Coalition, blue ribbon, grade A and top notch! I will refer this place to all my family, friends and constituents. I had a muscle knot in my right shoulder. One of the most beautiful spaces for healing events there is. (And I've been to quite a few.) From free massage & accupunture, to free healing conferences with world renowned leaders from our communities. For us, by us.
