As someone who is very busy and does not like working out, this is the best workout I have ever done! I actually enjoy working out using Quick Hit method. I can feel and see the difference in my muscle composition without sacrificing joint pain. The personal trainer and owner Miguel really cares about his clients and making a difference in their lives and it shows!

Miguel is awesome. He is helping me train for my upcoming bodybuilding competition in September and October and I’ve never seen the machine that he has in any other facility his equipment is one of a kind at least to me and when I tell you that I felt like I have been in the gym for hours that’s no joke. That’s how hard the resistance training is it’s awesome. It’s basically a new concept on Personal Training, and in my mind, it might even be the future of it so Miguel has a leg up the competition. Had a great session today. Miguel was very personable and pushed me just enough. I really enjoyed it! Would recommend if you have a hard time getting motivated at the gym this is a great place to start.

Amazing experience! Very welcoming, inclusive and clean . The staff makes you feel so comfortable and their machines are top of the line. Miguel is very knowledgeable and will really help you meet your fitness goals ,with realistic expectations. Definitely worth it .

I have been to Miguel and he is an excellent trainer and my boyfriend goes to him regularly and the results have been amazing. He is great at what he does! Highly recommend!

I leave poor reviews very rarely but I am absolutely appalled at the behavior of the personal trainers at this business. I HIGHLY recommend any plus size women or overweight people in general turn the other way AND RUN. If you want to improve your health this is not the place to do it. Disgusting.

EDIT: I am actually not surprised you are responding so emotionally and trying to harass people out of our right to comment on our experience, apparently with you specifically. However, small businesses that act disrespectful don't deserve business. You earn that through good behavior. Seeing as you walked up to my sister and I in a parking lot (first of all you should have had more decorum as a stranger approaching young women in public as a large man) and yes we are overweight but handing us your business card saying "I think you need this" (with a laugh!) was ridiculous and served no purpose other than to harass strangers that you knew were not as strong as you so there was no recourse. We have a hereditary health complication that causes us to retain weight and we are treating it with an endocrinologist and deserve to walk into the Walmart where our prescriptions are filled without being ambushed. Not a chance in hell you would ever do that to a man your size- but two young women? That's supposed your regular daily networking? Absolutely not, and I don't care what you call me for it either because this isn't about you. Firstly, this is about protecting my little sister. And second it's a warning for anyone that looks like me to get a hint about what type of person you are BEFORE they hand you a dime because I certainly am. I stand by what I said, disgusting.
