I was very excited to be on this boot camp , it is hard for me to be self motivated ! Then I notice that the trainer was always late (lack of respect), on top of that the trainer was only sending instructions by text instead of be with the group in person. I like the place but I need it more personal training and be on time. I also understand that it is a Boot camp but i do believe on respect when you talk to the trainee's. Trainer is very knowledgeable if he can only put his act together. In the meantime I will go somewhere where trainer is on time and respect everybody

Been coming here just over a month! I can already see my six pack coming out😅. Highly recommended! The trainer used to be a professional olympic weight lifter 🏋🏽‍♀️and he knows what he is doing. Very professional and ethical!
