A huge thank you to Lindsy at Regener8 Wellness and Performance! I’m a few months into my wellness journey, and the improvements in my health have been remarkable. I want to say I have had nothing short of an exceptional experience! The first time I contact them for an appointment they were super quick to response and accommodate to my busy schedule. I went in looking super healthy but internally feeling drained, and like my body wasn’t functioning the way it was supposed to. I went to 4 doctors and they all told me I was fine but I knew there was something wrong and it wasn’t until I met Lindsey that she was able to run a full panel of labs and validate me, for the first time in YEARS I knew I wasn’t being crazy, she was able to diagnose the issue and create a treatment plan that has been getting me back on track! I’m finally able to feel like myself again!
