I both scheduled and canceled an appointment all within the same day. I have done this before with zero issues, as I have told them before I have a hectic work schedule. No one bothered to tell me this would cause scheduling issues. I had to cancel due to a work emergency that I could not get out of. But they charged me a no show fee of $40 anyways and are refusing to refund it. A complete no show would make sense but I always make sure to cancel if i have to. No amount of grace whatsoever. I asked if the owner was available and the first girl lied saying he is not there but when I called back I was told that he is there. I was also laughed at on the phone when trying to ask when I can expect an answer back. I was never rude just simply asking for rectification. I do not recommend coming here!! Lack of communication and zero conflict resolution to maintain positive relationships, more of a too bad attitude!

Very cool place. Staff was exceptionally friendly. I got a promotion on Instagram from them for a new client special on a facial so I decided to try it and I’m very glad I did! My esthetician took me on a tour of the facility first and was very informative. She explained all the services they have and what they do for the body. My facial was phenomenal! The service was around an hour and a half long, very spa like, peaceful music playing. A lot of very nice products used, great neck, shoulder and hand massage. Lymphatic drainage on my face and neck. All around great service!

I’m visiting in the area and decide to stop in because my allergies were terrible. I was actually thinking about canceling my membership. But, after visiting this location, I had an absolutely amazing experience: sauna, IV fluid therapy with compression, then red light therapy/cryo/red light therapy. I feel completely rejuvenated. Thank you Grant & your wonderful staff. Five stars, HIGHLY recommend. I’ll be back again.

My wife and I took advantage of a promo for a free Cryotherapy session offered at our F45 studio. We left with a membership and received our first IV drip (BOGO)! Great staff, friendly and professional all around. We are looking forward to having Restore as part of our health program.

Restore Hyper Wellness in Seminole is AWESOME! This is exactly what we needed in this area.

The entire staff is incredible and the systems and efficiency to book appointments and move from service to service during your visits is seamless.

I used the extra services for training and recovery to help earn a qualifying time at this year’s Boston Marathon. I not only qualified for next year, but had a course PR (personal record) by 20 minutes.

I would not have been able to do that without the services of Restore each weekend.

They have so much to offer, you owe to yourself to give them a try! You won’t be sorry!

If you are lucky, Maggie, the Black Lab, will be there to greet you as well!!

We were invited to their 1 year Anniversary Community day. What a great place! We tried the cryotherapy, got a B12 shot and got our medical clearance for the hyperbaric oxygen we hope to try soon. The staff here is wonderful. Everyone was super friendly and informative. We are now members and looking forward to visiting often.
