This place has exceeded my expectations, and I've been able to do so much more by being at a gym with coaching than I could have ever anywhere else. I only intended to stay for 3 months to get started, but there was so much depth to the growth personally not just physically that after 14 months, I'm still here and I am still growing.

I can’t say enough about this incredible gym. Results Fitness gave me a personalized program that made me stronger, without the typical injuries due to unsupervised regimens. They use data and science from research that creates programs that helps me push myself to achieve goals.

Their philosophy is holistic and programs provide opportunities beyond strength. They have stretch classes, and create groups for obstacle races, and other events that really creates goals beyond I thought I could achieve.

My advice, thing of a personal goal that you want to be able to physically do. Then come in and tell them what you want to be able to achieve. Let them help you get the Results YOU want intentionally. Don't be generic and say you just want to be more fit, that's a low bar.

Today I have a much better quality of life that lets me be active with the kids in my family that I love and stay engaged with them, whereas 14 months ago, I could barely keep up after a few hours.

This month alone I went to Disneyland with my 4 year old daughter two weeks in a row for a day. We had an amazing time together, these memories only made because I was able to keep up with her needs.

I have been going to RESULTS FITNESS for years with my wife Lisa. It is a great gym, we expect to continue working out here for many more years. We take the SHRED and STRETCH classes together and I do my Personal training sessions with coach JENNY VO. She is excellent and makes sure that I'm doing my exercises correctly and effectively. She pushes me to my full potential. All the coaches at Results Fitness are very helpful. RESULTS FITNESS is not just another gym it is a workout family. Oh and they also have a great shake bar for the protein boost before or after your workout or really anytime, delicious!

Hands down the best gym that I have been to here in the country if not the world ?! Such an incredible place to workout and everyone here is super welcoming and nice that it’s refreshing to come and get a workout without needing headphones. They play the best music here at the gym too! Rachel Cosgrove is incredibly nice! She is the nicest fitness professional I have ever met in my life. The staff and the clients are super friendly to talk to here!

All the coaches are great but I really connected with coach Cristina and she has been amazing with helping me gain confidence in the gym! I love Results Fitness. I have never been one to enjoy working out, much less going to the gym, but I decided I needed to get in shape before my wedding and wanted to try a gym that I could potentially enjoy. Not only do I love and thoroughly enjoy the environment and programs that Results Fitness provides, I've never been in better shape. All the coaches are amazing and so helpful but my all time favorite has to be Brandi. She always reminds me that I'm stronger than I think I am and she has great way of convincing me to pick the heavy weights and to push myself to reach my goals. She's also just so easy to get along with and makes coming to the gym fun, not daunting. I feel at home at Results Fitness. Signing up to Results Fitness has been the best choice I’ve made for my health this year. I was assigned Christina as my coach and she has been hands down the best trainer I’ve had! She is there to correct my form when it’s off, pushing me to go up in weight, or just cheering me on.
