I absolutely love working out at Revolutionary Fitness Cali in Fresno! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking from and absolute beginner to someone who has been working regularly all their life. Coach Rochelle Collinwood offers both private and semi-private sessions. I attend the semi-private sessions and there has never been more than 4 people total at a time. The ARX machines allow you to get a personalized and intense full body resistance workout in about 15 minutes and the C.A.R.O.L. exercise bikes she has allow you to complete a cardio session that is equivalent to a 45minute jog in just seven minutes. Once your workout and cardio session are complete she has two red light therapy and vibe plate stations that you can utilize for ten minutes to jump start your recovery. So all together with the full body resistance workout, cardio session and recovery session you are in and out in under an hour. You cannot get the same level of intensity and personalization in that short amount of time at a regular gym.

For an intense workout that let’s you push and then pull as hard as you possibly can (or want to) on each and every rep, choose Revolutionary Fitness Cali.

If you have injuries or range of motion issues, you can still have an intense workout by adjusting the settings.

If you like data, it’s available in real-time with every rep and also online. You get more data than Drago did in Rocky IV.

A great fitness studio in Fresno! I have never experienced such a fast and effective workout. I am in and out in 30 minutes and sore for 5 days. This is great for someone like me who owns a business and has to be efficient with their time management. Rochelle is a GREAT coach and I never have to worry about COVID here. All workouts are personalized and I'm not working out with anyone else.
