Nice, clean gym with a spacious layout and high-end equipment. The access to amenities is a huge perk as well. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor cold plunge and sauna. Highly recommend!

Never thought I’d say that my happy place would look like this but Rift is not just any other gym. The coaches, the vibe, the workouts, the equipment, it all makes it a genuinely awesome experience to come work out and recover. The hubby loves his sauna and cold plunge recovery time while I indulge in the massage chairs. Can’t say enough good things 🙂

This is a really great gym with an excellent atmosphere. The equipment is new, practical. The Rift Staff are which I have met several are really one of kind professional, supportive, and have heart. They really care about your goals and your experience, extremely helpful, polite. I really like the look and feel of the interior, with no bright flashy distracting colors. This helps to focus on great workouts in a modern environment. I highly recommend this gym to friends and family.✔️💖

What a GREAT fitness/wellness facility!
Starting with the basics: ALWAYS clean and tidy! Yes, this should be a gym norm, but many gyms have equipment lying around to trip over, are dusty and even smelly...NOT Rift! At Rift, everything is always in its place, neat and clean (including spotless, private bathrooms), looking and feeling brand new!
Such a friendly, inviting, and welcoming atmosphere! Rift has the perfect combination of professionalism, while also feeling homey.
Personal training: I work out 3 times a week with John Hall. At almost age 64, I have osteopenia and therefore must do weightbearing exercise, but I also want to stay lean and fit, maintain balance, stability, and good posture--avoid ending up using a cane or walker or crumpled up in a wheelchair--to be able to run around and play with my grandchildren. Thanks to his degree in Exercise Science, John designs my program to meet all these goals, while continuously progressing and gaining maximum benefit from exercising.
Massage therapy: I get full body massage bimonthly with Josh Gilbert, Rift's resident massage therapist. I've gotten massage therapy for years but never at my gym, so I've always been stuck trying to remember what my trainer tells me and what my massage therapist says about anything going on with my body so I can relay the information from one to the other. Now Josh and John coordinate my care. I recently had a sore neck issue that flares up once or twice a year and for which I've seen multiple physical therapists. Together, Josh and John determined the cause, resolved it, and figured out what to do to prevent it from flaring up again. Life changing for me!
Wellness: Rift provides multiple saunas, cold plunge, etc. Check them out on their website!!

I’ve been loving my new gym! The hybrid program is a game-changer—having the workouts on an app means I can go at my own pace, but the circulating trainers are always there for guidance and support. The facility itself is top-notch: everything is new, high-end, and thoughtfully designed. The additional wellness amenities like massage chairs, Normatech compression socks, oxygen therapy, red light therapy, and the PEMF table make it more than just a gym—it’s a full-on recovery and self-care experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a blend of modern fitness and luxury!

I had the pleasure of checking out this awesome gym while in town visiting a friend. The Rift team was so welcoming! First, I was impressed with their space - it is so clean and their equipment is new and spotless, so in amazing condition. They pack everything you could want or need for an optimized workout. I also loved the additional wellness amenities they offer like the PEMF mat, sauna, and massage chairs.
They also have awesome programs to take advantage of - open gym to workout on your own, 1:1 personal training, and an app where you can access a personalized workout plan they'll develop with you to help you meet your goals. Overall, Rift really is 10/10 with the vibes, equipment, offerings, and people. Highly recommend checking it out whether you're local or visiting and looking for a great workout!

Sooo glad I found this gym during my short trip to the area. The equipment is perfect for functional bodybuilding enthusiasts. Staff and other gym goers were all friendly and interactive. The sauna and cold plunge was just a cherry on top. Will absolutely be back next time I’m in town and wish they had a location in Denver!

Love love this gym. So clean and well kept up, definitely a luxury gym. I enjoyed the massage chairs and red light therapy! Others like the cold plunge and saunas.
