I have been under the guidance of Prajakta for a few months now and I am glad I made the investment into my health. I had been getting stomach pain for months before finding Prajakta. Doctors had completed all types of exams to see what was going on in my gut and no virus was found which was good news, but still was confused on what was going on inside of me. Dr just kept putting me on pills and I hated it since I knew this could not be the new way of living my life. I felt sometimes like I was going to pass out from all the stress that was building up. Prajakta did an overall scan and made a plan to get me back to myself. It was not an overnight fix but I had faith that this was the best direction to go. Now I am midway the program and I have energy to workout again, I am eating, smiling, and laughing once again. Everything I've learned is information that I will carry with me! Working with Prajakta was an amazing experience. She is so knowledgeable and caring. The program is thorough and the tools she provides are easy to implement into daily life.
The Food Sensitivity Test changed my life. It told me the reasons for my stomach issues and now that I eliminated those foods and started to tend to my gut garden, my stomach issues are gone. So life changing!

After suffering from diverticulitis I was living on a very limited diet. Convinced the antibiotics affected my gut bacteria, I found Prajakta and she confirmed through questioning me and testing that that was indeed my situation. She was very thorough in personalizing my treatment. Supplements to heal my gut and restricting foods I am sensitive to has me on my way to feeling better. I have been able to add many foods back into my diet and she has taught me how much what we eat can affect so many aspects of our health! I look at nutrition much more closely now! I just finished a class and I have to say I was very impressed. The Materials and information that was received was very informative and working with people in the same situation as I am was really Impressed. Met some really nice people. The caring and knowledge of Right Nutrition works was amazing and outstanding. I was really comfortable and felt like they really wanted to help me through the detoxification program and figure out what I should be eating and become more healthier. For me, this was the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. As far as Prajakta, her knowledge, her caring, and helping people understand nutrition and how it works with your body, she is outstanding.
