I (annalis nares) found a strand of hair in each of my ice cream scoops. They were so long and imbedded into my ice cream that I was no longer craving my soft serve delight. Quality control should be taken more seriously here so this won’t be a thing anymore.

This is a nice store with polite people - from the cashier to the pharmacist.
However on my last two visits the store was out of an item I was seeking. This time the ice cream cones were out of stock. On my previous visit (several weeks earlier) the ice cream flavor we like (chocolate fudge brownie) was out of stock.
Wait a minute.....did my heart doctor call ahead and advise your people to tell me you were out?

The Pharmacy is rude, not just to me but to other customers. They are not helpful and are not listening when they are being spoken to. They take days to fill a Prescription, and if there is a problem they do not call you. This has happened several times. In the past they used to be helpful and kind. One long term Employee is still helpful. When my Prescription came back with a higher price, I asked if there was a way to check if there was a GoodRX price? The pharmacist walked off, and the clerk said should she put it back on the shelf. I was standing right there and showed her I was looking it up. I was upset, just paid for it and left.
The store manager did not help. Just said number is on the back of your receipt.
This is a little town and all dollars spent local helps, but I am not going back.

When my family and I walked in, we were not sure who to ask for help because the only worker there was wearing a Colorado crew neck and didn’t say anything as we and others entered the store. Usually, people have name tags or a way to identify if they work there or not and this was not the case. After seeing her enter the cash wrap area, we realized she worked there and wasn’t another customer. The young lady was on her phone while my family and I were waiting in front of the ice cream area to get ice cream. Throughout the whole time, she did not have a friendly attitude and made the whole experience unpleasant.

Pharmacy is ridiculous. Doctor sent prescription at 11am. Called at 3:30 pm it's not ready said give them an hour. Show up at 5 they said still not ready they will call/text when it is they are behind. It's now 1:32 am and it was never ready. My 2 year old is sick crying and doesn't have his meds to help him feel better. They did this last week to my four year old too. Worse Pharmacy ever!!!!!!

Terrible terrible pharmacy. It take HOURS if not days for your prescription to be ready. And don’t even think about asking if it’s almost ready. They are all set to give you attitude for even questioning why it’s been so long. I’ve had horrible experiences where I needed my medicine ASAP, and they were giving me a time for the following day. I had to call a a manager and cry so they can give me my medications. It was not a one time event I’ve seen it done to other people.
GO TO FOOTHILL INSTEAD across the street. Although their hours are shorter you never encounter this type of horrendous customer service.

[UPDATED] I have not been around this building for a ong time until today. They are licensed to steal. They have all these discounts in the store but they DO NOT KNOCK THE PRICES OFF. I went in with a friend to get snacks. We ended up getting three things cause one of the items prices was discounted. When we went up to the cashier I was expecting to pay $10 because our drinks were under $1 and the snack we got was supposed to be 7.29. At the end I ended up paying $14 instead as looked at the reciept it turned out that the snack that was supposed to be on sale wasn't because instead of it costing 7.29 I had to pay $12 for the snack alone. So they are in fact, false advertising there products. So a couple of months ago I went into this store to pick up my meds. When they told me they're not opening until 9 I went outside minutes later to go to the bank. 5 minutes later, I come back and the pharmacy is still not open so I just went into the pen aisle. As I was there I saw an employee rush into the back and grabbed the manager. The manager sees me and tells me I'm not welcomed here and the police are on their way. Out of shock I asked why, the manager said the alarm at the front door went off when I left the first time and accused me of stealing. Apparently when I walked to the bank they were calling me, [not saying my name nor asked my name later on], I "handed" something to someone else that was parked outside of the bank as if I planned a Rite Aid Heist.. So when I tried to tell her I was just going to the bank and waiting for the pharmacy to open she got madder, and told me to wait over at the pharmacy and stay there. While waiting i saw one of the employer's and I asked if I may speak with the manager to clear this up. When I saw the manager I asked her if she has cameras in the store, after she said yes I asked her if I may see them so I can clear my name up, because at the moment I was being eyeballed by both customers and employees. She began to act rude towards me and said "No you may not see them, you do not have the right to." I forgot she has the right to accuse me and I don't have the right to see the proof. I said to her "I don't know how else I can prove myself." She, sounding rude, said "If you have nothing to hide then you have nothing to worry about." Like seriously? So after trying to cooperate with manager I turned to the other employee that was there and asked her if I can fix this. She didn't help either. She told me why it happened and what she saw. What they never asked was what did I "Steal", who was the person I so called "handed" the "stolen" item to. Even after I left ALL the employees watched me leave to see if the alarm would go off as if i would come back to "steal" something again. I've been going there since they've opened and I have never felt insulted by anyone in any
other Rite Aid before here.Rude Manager and some employees. Won't be returning anytime soon.

The manager is a rude tyrant! I shop here frequently with my infant son. I've bought prescriptions, baby diapers beauty products etc. I went there to fill a prescription and was told it may be a 30 to wait in store. I decided to browse the store.. Also walking around keeps the little one from fussing . I found 1 item I intended to buy when checking out. 20 minutes later I was asked rudely by the manager if I intended on buy the item. I said "yes I'm just waiting for my prescription " she told me to get a pull cart for the item.. I said " I don't really want to push a stroller and pull a cart" long story short the women.. The manager and another continued to follow and harass me .. I put the item down and sat to wait for my prescription. The woman found and brought it back to me and rudely asked me ' aren't you going to buy this?! " I said no and told her why. She accused me of trying to steal that item and accused me of stealing there before.. Which never happened And told me she was calling the police.. Unbelievable.
