If you’re looking for a very knowledgeable acupuncturist who can spend the time listening to what is going on with you, look no further. Dashal is a gem and I have hesitated writing a review for her because (selfishly) I don’t want her calendar to fill up. She’s the best kept secret of Solano. When it comes to integrative medicine, she is the best of the best! She has helped us tremendously with pre and post natal support, digestive issues, stress, anxiety, and pelvic floor health. What a valuable resource in our community!

Every time I have been treated by Dashal, it has been a pleasant and edifying experience. She is a good listener, has a keen interest in her patient's well being, and exhibits great compassion. She is dedicated to finding the best treatment for her patients, using a variety of approaches. And best of all, I have seen positive results after an acupuncture session, as well as after following her instructions in diet, herbs, supplements, and exercise. I highly recommend her. Although I now live in a different state than Dashal, I consult with her via phone and email, and make sure I get in several sessions whenever I am in the Bay Area!

I had an amazing experience with Dashal. Her knowledge, warmth, and professionalism helped me get through a difficult period in my life. I saw Dashal regularly for 8 months, while I was working on my dissertation for my Ph.D. I truly believe that I would not have gotten through that stressful and anxiety-ridden time without her. I had never done acupuncture before and wasn't even sure if it was something that I would benefit from, or exactly why I needed it. Not only did the in-person treatments help me to relax, but I was able to leave my session and carry that feeling with me. Working with Dashal, I learned how to pay more attention to my body and identify signs and symptoms of anxiety and stress. I also learned how to better manage my anxiety and stress. Dashal's combination of acupuncture knowledge, skill, massage techniques, attentive listening, compassion, and thoughtfulness set Dashal apart. I highly recommend her!
