There aren’t any signs on the outside but was very welcomed on the inside! You have to go in the back of the strip of stores to find the open garages where the workout takes place. The owner Curtis and instructor Cheri do an awesome job creating and coaching unique workouts every day! The gym isn’t air conditioned but a lot of fans that I never felt overheated, even on the above 100 days. The HIIT circuits kept my heart rate up the entire time with the variety of workout equipment the gym has - some I had never used before. The instructor gave many options too from alternate exercises due to an injury to more experienced and challenging which I really appreciated. Everyone there was very friendly and encouraging with me being new to the classes!

I’m so grateful for Curtis and Rock Star Bootcamp! I broke my leg this summer and have a long road to recovery. I reached out about attending camp (even with a broken leg) and Curtis fully supported me and made accommodations so I could keep getting stronger. I love the intentionality every workout is designed with. It’s all about long term strength and body functionality for living life well! So good!

My new favorite place!! I was lucky to discover Rock Star Boot Camp from Groupon and I’m so so so glad I started going. The workouts are quick yet super effective. Curtis, the owner, makes everything fun and is overall just the sweetest guy. This place is a gem and I’m so lucky to have found it. I’m only one week in but I’ve never felt more welcomed or more comfortable. Curtis takes the time to introduce you and make it to where you can utilize all he and the Rock Star Boot Camp have to offer. The other members are also so helpful and kind. Curtis is an incredibly motivating coach. The boot camp has lots of variety which keeps it fresh. Curtis help correct form and help with accommodations. I have a bad shoulder and he showed me how to make a small variation that took pressure off the joint. All fitness levels and ages are welcome.
