Mama Shani at Root and Soul is everything you could ever wish for surrounding your pre and post natal experience. Her care is the epitome of personalized medicine and her support is better than your mother’s. Dr Shani has been a true gift in my healing journey. I am so grateful for her support and guidance through our 4 month protocol! I chose the hormone package that included several herbs and supplements with the sessions and it has brought me back to myself. Dr. Shani is amazing. I'm not fond of needles and she always puts me at ease. She is thorough and knowledgeable about herbal remedies as well as acupuncture. She seems to really care for her patients. My time there is always relaxing. I leave feeling lighter, balanced and rejuvenated. My low back pain has pretty much disappeared.

The first time I saw Dr.Shani I was pregnant and she helped me relax in a way I never experienced before. Since then I’ve been back a few times and I gotta say there is truly no one like her. She is so intelligent and kind. Every time I see her I just want to stay forever. She provides an atmosphere that is so peaceful and relaxing you wouldn’t want to go home.
