I’ve been doing CrossFit for 10 years and been a member of a few different gyms. As someone newer to the area, I only just recently joined RubiconFit. But since my first day, I have felt welcomed and embraced as one of the family. EVERYONE is incredibly nice, welcoming, and supportive. The coaches are hands down some of the best I have ever come across. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and just damn awesome people. The community is amazing and am just so grateful to have found RubiconFit. The hour I spend there is honestly one of the highlights of my day.

I'm a confident person and hide my fears well, but admittedly I was a little nervous starting at a Crossfit gym! I'm female and had never touched a barbell before but something about the intensity was very intriguing to me. I've been with Rubicon since the beginning of the year (2021) and am so happy I found this place!! The coaches made the introduction to Crossfit painless (ok I was sore!) and fun. Every workout can be scaled to a level appropriate for each person's fitness and skills. I've learned a ton in 5 short months and love that there are always more skills to work on. Dave, Janelle and Michael have created a wonderful sense of community. Overall an excellent place to get fit and have fun while doing it!
