R-Zone is a wonderful gym. It provides you with wonderful trainors, a very effective yet quick work-out that only lasts one hour, and most importantly, it provides results. You will train in an all female setting (love that) with wonderful women that encourage you and quickly become friends. Your body will quickly show results and you will feel happier and stronger. I highly recommend giving it try !!

Phenomenal workout. Great equipment for exercises. The class was small, but if it's a full class, I believe it accommodates 20 people. It's an all female studio, and the workouts are great, but you determine the weight range to use. This would be my only criticism because some people definitely need guidance in that area.
The instructors seem pretty knowledgeable. They observe and advise on form and how to do the exercise correctly, if necessary.

After 7 years of being a member at RZONE , this review is long overdue. This is the longest I have stayed at any gym, and for good reason. The workouts are always different catering to all fitness levels. The coaches are fantastic at motivating and pushing you out of your comfort zone, and the members are incredibly supportive. We all share one goal: getting healthier and feeling better! RZone is certainly the next best thing to having a personal trainer without breaking the bank.

Feel so good going there. It has only been a month, and I see the changes and the coaches are great.
The best coach...Gio!!
He is always looking to help and make sure we are doing the exercise with the right form to avoid injuries.

All the staff is nice and courdious. A hidden gem in pinecrest.

Love RZone. As a long time member 5+ years, it has been a critical part of my health transformation. It offers clean facilities and equipment, great, caring coaches that guide, motivate and make sure you’re doing it right. They provide nutrition guidelines, offer special 6 week weight-loss challenges to help jumpstart your efforts. If you go consistently, you get to know fellow members. Working out in timed zones provides a great variety of exercises, working different parts of your body. It will be as challenging as you need or want and great for beginners, intermediates and advanced. The kicker is go and keep going. It takes time and patience but I promise you will love the results. Strong mind, strong body. 💪 RZone 💯

Rzone is great. I’ve had a hard time finding a gym that i like, and i feel like I don’t have to keep looking anymore. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The trainers are very helpful. Gio is the best!
