I needed my BLS certification ASAP and I was able to schedule a class right away only 10 minutes from my house. When there was some technical difficulties, customer service was easy to get in contact with, quick, and very professional. The online portion and in-person training definitely leaves you informed and prepared. It is on the pricier side for certification, but you get what you pay for.

The self-paced course was user friendly and adjusted to one's competency level to better ensure understanding of the material. The first aid in person test computer monitor was helpful to give immediate feedback to ensure i was doing the tasks correctly. It was quite a work out for me , but i finally passed!
