If you follow what she says truly, you will see the results you desire. She is amazing. I was struggling with bloating and stomach ache, along side with loss of appetite yet still no loss in weight. My doctor could not figure out what it was and it was brushed off. I spoke with saghar once and figured out a diet change that also changed my life. We put gluten and dairy away. Not only my stomach issues went away but I lost 18 pounds after 3 months. I have never felt healthier and happier in life. No more stomach pains and no more long wait in bathroom. I eat more and actually enjoy eating now. Thank you!
