Sai Fong Ginseng & Herb Inc has received 19 reviews on Google My Business, with an average rating of 3.8 out of 5 stars. Customers praise the store for its wide selection of high-quality herbs and ginseng, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The store's ability to cater to diverse needs, including those of non-Asian customers, is also noteworthy. One customer, a black American, shared their positive experience and noted the store's willingness to assist customers regardless of their background.
"It's a family-run Ginseng and Herbs store. Price is much better than chain stores. Even you will see non-Asian customers are looking for Chinese Herbal Tea. I got myself dried lilies, dried almonds as part of ingredients for my soup. Salted dried plums for bitterness in my month due to a flu. A little store I will find what I need in good quality that I trust. Very nice staff. I am black American, and they helped me with my request. I bought bitter melon from there, I will shop there again. If you have time, stop in and look. They accept credit and debit cards also." - Google Review
