I have always enjoyed the friendly people at St Helena fitness. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. I actually have Michael's voice inside my head saying "Come on Julie you got this!" Whenever I'm feeling down about myself I remember how he and everyone there believed in me. You won't be disappointed 😊

I've been a member here for years and consider this a key component of my health care. I've got back and neck problems, so the Gentle Yoga classes are perfect for me. The owner is usually on-site keeping an eye on things and greeting members by name. This place is a gem and we're so lucky to have it in our small town!

Super awesome people that have taught me so much! From the first day I walked in (knowing nothing about working out inside a gym) I was made to feel so comfortable and have learned so much. Love the workouts written by Mike and Virginia, I do them every day!

Highly recommend. I needed a workout that fit into my day (1/2hr at lunch). Mike worked with me to come up with a great weekly set of exercises. Gym is not too crowded and people are friendly.

Great little gym in Napa Valley. I was vacationing in Napa recently and stopped by for a quick workout. They had everything you need for a good workout and the staff was friendly. The gym was clean and the day pass cost reasonable.
