My experience at Sankofa was an out of this world adventure. The peace the serenity and the individual attention was key to the benefits I personally enjoyed while visiting Sankofa. Also, my diagnosis was high blood pressure and diabetes. Dr. Gamble began the program with a cleanse and a different diet. I was on high blood pressure meds and diabetes meds. At the end of the eighth day cleanse with plenty of exercise, rest and meditation, I was able to get off all the meds I was taking. My labs indicated that I was in excellent health at my age. I give Dr. Gamble. Triple A + rating.

My blood sugar was dangerously high recently, resulting in a 4 day hospital stay, insulin shots and all types of meds. I was released with no instructions as to how to survive my medical ordeal. All I had was bottles of pills and a card with a Dr. Appointment 2 weeks away. I texted Dr. Gamble, from my hospital bed, as I knew she would know what I needed to do to get better. 2 weeks after working with her, my blood sugar was in the lower 100's. In 3 weeks, my blood sugar was in the 70's. Yes I've had to change what, when, how and how much I eat. Yes, I had to commit to cleaning up my body, my blood, my diet.....but it was more care than I received while in the hospital and I'm learning how to take care of my body and keep my blood sugar under control WITHOUT MEDICATION! I would recommend Sankofa Healing and Enrichment center and Dr. Gamble to anyone who whose ready to work their faith and change their health.

I’ve known Dr. Gamble over 17 years. This is my third time requesting her assistance with achieving homeostasis. In 2020 I chose to focus on weight gain, digestive issues, and endocrine imbalances. A series of lab test and questionnaires help Dr. Gamble lead me to a regimen of improved diet, exercise, and natural supplements to address the areas of concern. After 8 years, I am now able to enjoy WITHOUT reactions; coffee, chocolate, all types of nuts(peanuts, walnuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, etc. My symptoms were heart racing, feeling of panic, and night sweats respectively. The thyroid support enables me to sleep all night and my overall anxiety and stress levels have greatly reduced. My traditional doctor previously told me my lab values were within normal limits, he said it was normal to have yellow eyes after gallbladder removal, he said my thyroid was functioning within normal limits despite having benign cysts. What an awesome business! Dr Gamble's programs are comprehensive, individualized, and quite scientific. She has greatly helped me with stress relief (heartsong / blood chemistry analysis), sleep dysfunction (blood chemistry analysis and recommendations), weight management (fasting programs, food make-up for healing and food preparation). If you want overnight success, this may not be for you, but if you want results, this is the place to be, I found none better!!! Dr Gamble’s commitment and passion in your interest for health is a stronghold of Sankofa Healing and Enrichment. A must solution!! One final quick point, the holistic is a life sustaining approach.

I have taken a number of workshops from Dr. Michelle at Sankofa Healing and Enrichment (SHE) and they have been wonderful. I took her HeartSong program which was a beautiful way of synthesizing sound, color, scent, and more to support emotions -- and I took her Heart Math weekend program to learn to help manage stress. She is a gifted healer with a lot of wisdom, joy, and compassion and a skilled teacher. I highly recommend SHE.
