Dr Shakti is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate towards the journey of bettering your health and self. Before our first meeting, I was incredibly confused and overwhelmed with the amount of information that was present in our modern world about what and what not to eat. The amount of information made me feel stuck and a victim towards my unhealthy eating addictions/ choices. I finally came around to trying to find a professional that could assist me with this and wow! Omg! I do not even know where to start Shakti Patel is absolutely amazing!!! First of all, I cannot believe how long she was willing to talk to me. I felt like I told her my entire life! She was so caring and extremely helpful. I was not referred to her by a doctor. Literally God led me to her, and she did not disappoint! She helped me with every detail in my schedule and she was non-judgmental when it came to my eating habits 😂… I also shared with her I eat meat, but I would like to start incorporating some vegan meals a few times a week. She give me some amazing pointers/advice when it came to incorporating vegetarian/vegan meals. She also sent several forms with additional resources and information.
