Much better dental than my last of us who performed unnecessary procedures. The overwhelming problem and reason that I don’t give five stars Has to do with our country’s Medical system as a whole. It’s so difficult to even get in for an appointment as where other countries you just walk in the door and you’re seen right on the spot. And then there’s the cost.. I always figured that my life savings would be evaporated by medical expenses but it’s sad and it sucks.

The dentist Dr. Hansen, assistants and hygienist are all really nice and awesome. It's also a really nice state-of-the-art facility. Appointments are fast and efficient.

Unfortunately I had a broken tooth flare up New Year's Eve, leaving me unable to eat or sleep until Offices reopened on the 2nd. After two long nights of agony I called this morning at 8:05 to see if they had any openings or cancellations. The receptionist replied with a rude tone " we just opened our doors 5 minutes ago, call back later". I hung up and was able to find a friendly office that could see me an hour later. Front desk staff is cold and unfriendly .

Love the doctors here, especially Vita. But the receptionists on the 5th floor could use some training on hospitality and customer service. Nothing too bad they're just rude and like to cut you off before you can even finish a sentence. Plus one of them who was covering and it "wasn't her department", she made that very clear and quite rudely, had a lot of dandruff in her hair and to me that seems a bit unhygienic for working in a health care facility.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ramirez to get my permanent crown put on, and it was an awful experience. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. His behavior was so unprofessional and mean that I ended up leaving in the middle of the appointment. I would not recommend Dr. Ramirez to anyone.

Best place to get your teeth cleaned. I love dentistry here. Marci and Lena are so super friendly and welcoming. They are dental hygienists. They really enjoy their jobs.
The dentists I see are usually so great.
I've never had a bad experience here.

This place is so awesome especially to be next to the Redhawk casino and have their own little isolated area in this casino community. They have such an amazing view that looks onto the casino parking lot in skyline. The place is really clean and the ladies are very helpful at the front desk. They even have a tribal police officer protecting the front doors. Cool place. Great service.
