Sid has been my personal trainer for the past 1.5 years and I can't say enough great things about my experience. I initially came to Sid because I was having knee problems and also wanted to build strength. He designed a workout plan specific to my goals and does a great job pushing me to continually build flexibility, agility, and strength. Sid is also always available for feedback or advice on fitness/nutrition even outside of our sessions which I appreciate. I've never felt stronger, my knee feels amazing, and I'm back to playing basketball regularly. I highly recommend sid to anybody interested in getting a personal trainer, you will not regret it.

Sid helped me with my squat and deadlift form. He gave me cues for me to understand the mechanics better and now my strength is going up. He's been a great trainer, always paying attention to my form. Making sure I do all of my exercises correctly. Highly recommend him!

Working with Sid has been a game changer! My main goals are to 1) build a booty and 2) eat healthier/ be more fit

I’ve never been stronger and I’m actively working towards building a booty with deadlifts and squats! His nutrition plan is amazing, I stick to my diet and I rarely cheat on the meals because everything is so delicious (I still get to eat my favorite carb.. pasta ☺️) I made significant progress towards my goals. Highly recommend if you’re looking to build a booty and be more fit!

I’ve been training with Sid since 2022. I was a little unmotivated with my workouts at first but he kept pushing me and now I’m at my strongest and most fit! Every time I had a mobility issue he would immediately address it. I’m definitely going to keep training with him. Highly recommend him as your trainer!

I went to Sid because I had some shoulder issues, he showed me some stretches that helped a lot. I don’t feel any shoulder pinch when I climb which is great. He always makes sure my form during workouts are correct. Couldn’t have a better trainer, highly recommend him!

I had trouble figuring out my deadlift form. Sid corrected it by cuing leg drive and to have a more neutral back. And my strength went up! Highly recommend him as a strength coach, very diligent when it comes to form and mobility 👍🏼
