I have not had an opportunity to experience Dr Smith's adjustments, so I will reserve reviewing until that time. I was introduced to this practice by his offer of a free neck-supporting pillow, which so far seems comfortable and versatile . Dr Smith is knowledgeable and very personable, and he clearly knows his craft. He provided a mini-exam reviewing posture and range of motion in my neck, and was gentle and respectful. There was a longer wait than I had anticipated for this free gift nd exam. The office is clean and very professional, located conveniently next to the El Cerrito Plaza and shopping center, and the front desk staff were pleasant and competent.

Saw an ad on Facebook about a free neck pillow. I thought it might be too good to be true. But I got my free pillow and the staff at the front were friendly and efficient. Dr. Smith provided some great tips on how to use the neck pillow. He asked if anything specific brought me in other than the offer of the free pillow. After I said no, I just wanted to use it when I travel he didn't hassle me so if your in search of a chiropractor I would give Dr.Smith a shot!

Dr. Smith was giving away free pillows, I went in because I had shoulder pain. He met with me for a short time to discuss the pillows use and was informative. He recommended X-rays explaining the myriad of reasons they might help and offered a compelling discount. I believe he has left this offer open and I may check back with him should it not improve.

I found out about this place from a face book ad. I signed up to get the free neck pillow. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and taken into a room to await the dr. Dr. Smith was very friendly and informative about the services. It was a great experience.

Dr.Smith is very professional and provided excellent care. Booking appointments was my only concern, when I left voice messages that I couldn't make it..I never got calls back. I would just get a text saying when they booked another. I had a concern about numbness in my toes, this was never followed up with. I don't recommend going on Friday I waited an hour...the front desk said well that's how it is on Fridays.
