The gym itself is amazing. It has all of the equipment you need. However, they are making it a complete hell to sign out of the membership. They do not let me cancel my membership over the phone even when I tell them it's impossible to meet during their times. They continue to accumulate my monthly payments even when I stopped going and blocked them from charging my credit card!

I wish their staff would be more flexible with their appointment times. I get they don't want to lose money but they're making it an obstacle that tarnishes the overall experience of Snap Fitness.

The Snap Fitness is the BEST GYM in Calexico. Not only is their facility well maintained and clean, but their fitness equipment works properly and is well maintained compared to other gyms in the area that have dirty workout areas and broken equipment.

The main reason why i would recommend this gym in particular is their amazing training staff. Since the first day I signed up for a membership, their was always someone from the staff ready to help out with any questions or needs.
I really appreciated how Alan (Gym Manager) took the time in helping me asses my fitness needs.

For Example, I was recently completed a Ragnar Relay this past April and was able to complete 4 legs totaling 24 miles while enduring an Achilles injury.
I was almost going to give up my spot and quit until Alan helped me.
Alan took the time to listen to my needs and was able to Partner me up with a Trainer(Jesus) who put me in a training program to help strengthen my lower body and which helped improve my Achilles injury.Jesus was able to work with me and create innovated workouts that not only challenged me but not worsen my achillies injury. With Alan and Jesus help, I was able to complete the Ragnar Relay Race and my Achilles injury is now gone!

I owe a lot to both of them for helping overcome my injury but also accomplishing a goal in which i set out for myself. Currently, I am still a PROUD member of Snap Fitness Calexico, and I am on my 3 month of Personal Training and I am not just only enjoying every moment of it, but I am learning.

I highly recommend Snap Fitness Calexico but also would encourage signing up for personal training. Personal training could be expensive and intimidating, but Snap Fitness Calexico has affordable training packages as well as a well trained staff that Motivates, Inspires, Challenges and Teaches which makes it no too intimating.

This gym is by far making it hell for me... went cancel told me I wasn't gonna be charged for next month and guess what ?i was charged! Basically the paper work wasn't entered in th system. Seriously what crappy service you guys have there. It just makes me think you lied to me and ripped me off.i asked to get a refund and the manager couldn't do squat about it.im gonna keep going until they fix their problem because of their unprofessional staff. Way to go calexico.

I had the same experience as Roberto they are charging me two months of membership when my card was deactivated they claim it was all in the contract when I signed. I don't think any corporation charges you for a service they don't provide to the full extent. If anyone else had this problem they should look into it and not just give in to this attempt to collect money. The contract did not say they will deactivate my membership and charge me two months extra.

Great gym, close to home and love the friendly trainers whom are very motivating. Would recommend this gym to friends and family. The only thing I would recommend is maybe adding a few more machines since at times it is very packed and you have to wait your turn to use.
