Natalie is a fantastic instructor! I first took her classes with friends at Almanac Beer Co. in Alameda and now we go to her studio. Her classes are never too easy or too hard. Breathwork, pace, flow, soundtrack, and even the studio setup are all excellent. Natalie refreshed my interest in yoga. Highly recommend her classes.

Beautiful studio where it’s easy to feel at home sipping tea or looking up at the treetops as you roll out of chavasana. Natalie brings lightness and depth - kindness and realness to her teaching style. Oh and goofy too. Try this place!!

Natalie is the absolute best. She makes yoga not only accessible, but helps to quiet the “shoulds” and “have tos”. You can come as you are and participate in whatever way feels best for you. Her teaching style is so kind, calming and engaging. My only wish was that she had a studio in the city, but I’m happy to follow her wherever she goes and so excited to join classes at Soma Y&W!
