The smoothies are excellent and the sea moss gel is amazing, after half a smoothie I had so much energy and it reduced my anxiety and the sea moss gel curbed my appetite and gave me lots of energy. I highly recommend southern herbal they are amazing and the owner really takes his time answer any questions you may have and will tell you exactly what you need.
