I was on a self prescribed retreat when I came to see Sarah. This was stop #1 on a day that would be full of healing and wellness activities I had arranged for myself. The minute I walked into Sarah’s office, I was greeted by Thor, her amazing intuitive fur baby (dog & healer). I have an abnormal amount of love in my heart for dogs and gravitated to him immediately. I was so happy he was a part of my experience. He was such a significant part of my journey that he laid right beside me, touching, halfway onto my body, resting his head on my stomach. It felt like he was holding me and guiding me as I descended into my inner-being.

Sarah made me feel immediately warm and comfortable, even though the experience felt intimidating and I was wearing the anxiety all over ‘ within my body. I have never done breath work before, and it is truly life altering!! The sound bath is incredible! You have to experience the feelings, thoughts and vibrations within your body & work with or sit in the things that come up. When it was time for the energy work and silence, I was flooded with emotions & there was feeling of tightness and lumps between my heart and throat and without a word, Sarah placed her hand there and thought of a waterfall prior to me, saying I felt flooded (as we spoke later on). She is highly intuitive and just absolutely incredible!!!! Such a beautiful soul & a fellow empath like myself. It was so rejuvenating to have a glimmer of hope and to see the light again. She reminded me that as an empath, I need to unload often. I left feeling tired yet empowered, gentle, open, like a load was lifted.✨ Thank you, Sarah & Thor for an experience of a lifetime and I plan on seeing more of you two!

There’s no lies about it!!

One of the biggest things that stuck with me was when Sarah’s partner said “It’s not an accident that you all feel the way you do. Sarah spends intentional time praying for you all before you come and protecting the energy of place while you are here.” (Not verbatim but close enough!)

I love love loved my experience and I am sooo happy I went and gave myself this time.

My big brother and my father recently transitioned prior to this trip and I was filled with so much heaviness and stagnation due to grief and lack of direction with life.

This pause from the weekly working and grinding came at the perfect time! The people! The food! The safe container to just be YOU and be with whatever shows up.

This experience is an unforgettable one and definitely worth experiencing again.

If you’re thinking about it, JUST DO IT! You deserve it and it’s no accident if you end up going. God is dope like that (Just GO!!)

Such a beautiful experience. Everything was explained so well and I didn't ever feel pushed or rushed. The experience was mine, she just helped guide me to understand it. She was so inviting and personable and genuinely cares for you and the journey you are on. I am excited to explore more with her and learn more about myself. I highly recommend her! I found a free workshop Sarah was hosting online thru EventBrite called "Discovering Your True Self: Bridging the Gap Between Soul and Ego". The workshop was enlightening and we got to witness what an IFS session with her is like. After asking her some more questions via email, I decided to book a few virtual Hypnotherapy Sessions with her. This modality is really special. If you're looking to go deeper this is a good way to do it. I felt safe to open up...and part of that is because I was able to lay down and close my eyes, the other part is Sarah's gentle guidance. I've felt a weight lifted after each session. A sense of calm and clarity. This experience is well worth the investment in my journey towards mental freedom.
